Dr. Lear’s journey continues where it left off as he awakens near the expiring remains of the fire he built earlier. I wanted to expound upon the desperation of his situation and, as a result, introduce several new elements to dog at him from here on out.

The story of Dr, Halwen Lear is inspired by the setting of Hinterland Studio’s The Long Dark. All rights and licenses to the title, Wintermute story, and its gameplay are the sole property of Hinterland Studios and I would like to stress that I make no claim to ownership nor creation of the world they’ve built.
